Turns out massage chairs are super expensive. There's also a shortage of folks who know how to fix them, so when BitRobitic wanted to launch their new service in the Pacific Northwest, they got in touch.

About the project

It can be risky to launch a niche service in a new market, so when BitRobotic wanted to offer massage chair repair services in California, Oregon, and Washington, they needed to work fast and stick to a tight budget.

Working with the founder, I was able to take the logo and the idea and create a visual brand and website copy to help BitRobotic reach their ideal target customer. They also took advantage of some complimentary strategy coaching to think through their whole digital marketing approach to give the new business the best chance of success.

From wireframes to mockups, development and onboarding, BitRobotic were a breeze to work with. I was very stoked to hear that they already started to see new submissions coming in through the site just a few weeks after launch, and I'm cheering them on!
