Rooting a long-established business in the community with charitable giving
The Mortgage Advice Bureau, the UK's leading mortgage intermediary company, wanted to raise the profile of its CSR activities internally and externally by creating a strong nonprofit brand: The Mortgage Advice Bureau Foundation. Foundations are not only a fantastic way for businesses to give back to the communities who support them, but they're also a great way to improve brand reputation and brand loyalty in the long term. I worked with the executives at MAB to develop a new website and strategy to get them started.
The Mortgage Advice Bureau now has a place to tell the story of its charitable work and help community members to get funding for projects that deeply matter to them. It's more than just good PR - the visibility of the new foundation gives everyone working at the company a deeper sense of pride in what they do.
